For our office in Königstein im Taunus, close to Frankfurt, we are currently looking for a
Commercial Specialist (M/F/D) for Administration & Project Controlling
- Working hours: full-time
- Start: earliest possible

These tasks are yours:
- You will be the contact person for our project managers* as well as for the accounting department for all administrative and financial matters.
- You will manage our projects with international and national clients. This includes processing incoming and outgoing invoices, travel expense reports, continuous project monitoring, communication and coordination with clients, experts and project managers, contract management and administrative project reporting and database maintenance.
- You will support the company’s financial reporting.
- You will actively contribute to quality management and process optimization and take our administration systems to the next level based on your own developments and the use of modern software solutions and modules.
Your qualifications:
- A successfully completed degree in economics or another subject related to controlling, or a completed commercial apprenticeship and relevant experience in project controlling. Applications from career changers with commercial knowledge and team management experience are also welcome.
- Extensive knowledge of the common MS Office programs. Confident handling of MS Excel and Word is a prerequisite, experience with MS Access, databases and online systems is an advantage.
- Experience with public clients is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of English is a prerequisite, as English is essential for communication in international business. Other foreign language skills are advantageous, but not essential.

For our office in Königstein im Taunus, close to Frankfurt, we are currently looking for a working student in climate protection with a focus on climate-friendly cooling, heating, and buildings.
You can expect:
- An insight into the diverse consulting activities in the field of climate protection and international cooperation.
- Supporting projects to promote natural refrigerants and energy efficiency.
- Working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, including government agencies, non-governmental organisations and private sector organisations, to develop and implement climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies.
- Analysing technology trends, mechanisms and instruments in international climate policy.
- Supporting with project communication (social media, websites), the organisation and implementation of workshops.
- Contributing to project development and acquisition.
Your qualifications:
- You are completing your Master’s degree in STEM, sustainability or a related field and still have at least two semesters to complete.
- You have a good understanding of technical topics related to green technologies, energy efficiency, or thermodynamics
- You have a passion for sustainability, international cooperation and a deep understanding of the global climate crisis
- You have very good written and verbal communication skills and experience with social media and websites
- You are confident in using Word, Excel and PPT
- You are business fluent in German and English; another foreign language (especially Spanish or French) is an advantage
- If you have experience in processing, analysing and interpreting complex data sets with appropriate programs, this is an advantage.
