For our office in Königstein im Taunus, close to Frankfurt, we are currently looking for a Project Manager Technologies with focus on the DACH region and international projects.

You already have experience in project management of technology projects? You have experience with public tenders and approval procedures at municipal, city or state level? Are you committed to sustainable technologies and enjoy working with different actors at national and international level?

Then you might be just the person we are looking for!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and supervision of technology projects in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Support in the acquisition and development of international projects 
  • Comprehensive customer support from project initiation to completion 
  • Preparation and processing of tender documents and proposals 
  • Coordination with authorities and institutions at municipal, city and state level
  • Processing of approval procedures and official coordination 
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and various stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • University degree in engineering, industrial engineering, project management or a related discipline
  • Sound experience in project management, ideally in the technology sector
  • Very good knowledge of tender procedures and public procurement processes
  • Experience with approval procedures at municipal, city or state level 
  • Business fluent German and English written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Very independent and structured way of working
  • Experience in customer support and stakeholder management

General work attitude and skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand and implement complex project requirements
  • Willingness to travel within and outside Germany
  • Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple projects in parallel, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with project management tools and methods
  • Passion for sustainable technologies and international cooperation

For our office in Königstein im Taunus, close to Frankfurt, we are currently looking for a working student in climate protection with a focus on climate-friendly cooling, heating, and buildings.

You can expect:

  • An insight into the diverse consulting activities in the field of climate protection and international cooperation.
  • Supporting projects to promote natural refrigerants and energy efficiency.
  • Working with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, including government agencies, non-governmental organisations and private sector organisations, to develop and implement climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies.
  • Analysing technology trends, mechanisms and instruments in international climate policy.
  • Supporting with project communication (social media, websites), the organisation and implementation of workshops.
  • Contributing to project development and acquisition.

Your qualifications:

  • You are completing your Master’s degree in STEM, sustainability or a related field and still have at least two semesters to complete.
  • You have a good understanding of technical topics related to green technologies, energy efficiency, or thermodynamics
  • You have a passion for sustainability, international cooperation and a deep understanding of the global climate crisis
  • You have very good written and verbal communication skills and experience with social media and websites
  • You are confident in using Word, Excel and PPT
  • You are business fluent in German and English; another foreign language (especially Spanish or French) is an advantage
  • If you have experience in processing, analysing and interpreting complex data sets with appropriate programs, this is an advantage.
