Team Leader and Project Controller International Climate Protection Projects (full time)

A new colleague (m/f/d) in the administrative team (part-time)

We are looking for you to support our team in Königstein as soon as possible as

Team Leader and Project Controller International Climate Protection Projects

These tasks await you:

  • You coordinate our admin team and are the contact person for our project managers* for all administrative matters
  • You will supervise our projects with international and national clients. This includes the processing of incoming and outgoing invoices, continuous project monitoring, communication and coordination with clients, experts and project managers, contract management and administrative project reporting and database maintenance.
  • You will be responsible for the administrative processing of project acquisition, including the calculation of quotations
  • You support the financial reporting of the company
  • You will actively contribute to quality management and process optimization, raising our administration systems to the next level based on your own developments and the application of modern software solutions and building blocks

What you should bring with you:

  • A successfully completed degree in economics or another subject related to controlling, or completed commercial vocational training and relevant experience in project controlling, applications from career changers with commercial knowledge and team management experience are also welcome
  • Willingness to assume responsibility for personnel and independent and responsible management of the assigned areas of responsibility
  • Extensive computer skills, especially in the common MS Office programs. Confident handling of MS Excel and Word is a prerequisite, experience with MS Access, databases and online systems is an advantage.
  • Strong affinity for numbers, an eye for detail and a high demand for accuracy
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Very good English skills are a prerequisite, as English is indispensable for communication in day-to-day international business. Other foreign language skills are advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Flexibility as well as a structured, careful, responsible and reliable way of working.
  • Interest in climate protection and international cooperation

We are currently looking for a French-speaking person to support our team.

Refrigeration system technician or mechatronics technician for refrigeration system construction

for short-term assignments on a honorary fee basis

Your tasks include:

  • Conducting training courses - mainly in francophone developing countries - on the following topics: Safe handling of hydrocarbons, ammonia and CO2 as refrigerants, basics of refrigeration, air-conditioning and energy technology, application of environmentally friendly technologies according to the state of the art, recovery and recycling of refrigerants.
  • Planning of trainings, creation of training materials

Depending on your experience, your tasks may be expanded to include also

  • Development and implementation of concepts for training standards, curricula and certification systems in the project countries
  • Advice on the planning and implementation of refrigeration and air-conditioning system applications

Your profile:

  • Master refrigeration engineer or mechatronics technician or bachelor of mechanical engineering, specialising in refrigeration/air conditioning technology
  • Experience with natural refrigerants (mainly hydrocarbons) and expertise in the field of energy efficiency of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
  • Very good knowledge of relevant industry standards, especially on product safety and energy efficiency
  • Practical experience with the planning, installation, commissioning & maintenance of refrigeration systems and their documentation
  • Training competence; experience in processing and conveying training content
  • French as mother tongue or at least fluent (C2) is mandatory, other foreign languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel abroad
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Visio, CAD; industry-specific programmes are an advantage

Interns in IT, Communication, or Climate Technology Consulting

Requirements for all internships are:

  • You have started or recently completed higher education or FH degree program in a field relevant to your internship
  • Secure handling of the MS Office package
  • Independent, flexible and reliable way of working

Technology-focus internship

  • Supporting the development and implementation of technical studies, market or demand analyses,
  • Conducting of data collections, creation of inventories, calculation of greenhouse gas emissions

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of thermodynamics, refrigeration technologies or energy efficiency
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Excel, Access and database management (SQL)
  • Interested in interntional cooperation and climate policy
  • Fluent in English and German, Spanish or French are an asset

Communication-focus internship

  • Writing and editing of texts and presentations
  • Editing of company and project websites including social media
  • Supporting project acquisition

Requirements:

  • Quick grasp of technical topics
  • Interest in international cooperation and climate change policy
  • fluent German and English in spoken and written, ideally fluent Spanish or French

Internship with IT focus:

  • Support for in-house IT processes and processes;
  • Installation of hardware and software
  • Optimization of Microsoft SharePoint, teams and other programs for internal use

Requirements

  • Extended Excel, Access, and Database Knowledge (SQL)
  • Knowledge of MS Office365, especially MS Sharepoint and MS Teams
  • Experience as network administrator
  • Knowledge in powershell / scripting desirable
